Charger stopped working after few days

A great laptop
First impression was very good, packaged well in a nice box. It feels really good not cheap at all and I love the rose gold colour and the screen is really big and graphics are good too. Set up was really simple and it came with Microsoft 365. for the price I paid I think it’s brilliant, the speed is really good, no lagging as such, no loud noises from the fan and start up is quick. Haven’t got anything negative to say, I’m super impressed with my purchase and would buy again if I had too. I recommend this product.

Impressive laptop, with a small price!!
Really impressed with this laptop, although it’s got 8 gigabytes of ram and can’t be upgraded, it come with 256 gigabytes SSD, which is more than enough for what I needed for.

Starts to go wrong after downloading a few films,crashes,goes really slow and keypad has gone
Laptop keeps crashing,and turning off,battery doesn’t last very long at all without power supply.Worked fine for about 10 days then started to get problems not sure what is causing it .The laptop started to go really slow after downloading just a few things.The keypad sensitivity keeps moving when you click on it .Just glad that the item is within the return date as messaged seller and didn’t reply multiple times
