Amazed at the price of this machine for what you get
So I’m currently a Cybersecurity student who was in dire needs of a replacement machine for my studies. As you can imagine as a student I didn’t have much of a budget, and through a good bit of research I came across this god-send.No issues with shipment – courier box packed with care and Win10 pre-installed as promised. I’ve saw comments on this recently specifying that the keyboard is “foreign” however my keyboard came standard QWERTY (no number keypad however).There’s not a thing wrong with this machine in terms of exteriors and overall quality – slight scratch on the “H” on the front which I had to put my phone’s flash on to see – other than this its perfect.Spec came as promised, i7 processor and 16gb RAM. If you need a machine on the cheap, this is the spot, Could not suggest to hesitate on your purchase if you’ve came across this laptop and if you’re reading this comment we both know for this spec that price is unbeatable.I love this thing, very very happy with my purchase

The battery loses power when plugged into the mains.And you can get this 100 GBP cheaper elsewhere.Apart from that it’s a potent little laptop.

A great quality lap top at a very reasonable price
This lap top is just like new. It has excellent battery life and is really fast. I’m very happy with it. No complaints at all. This lap top is for me but I will use this company again when I next need to order a new lap top for one of my children,

good all round PC
This is a pretty good model – seems very quick. As reconditioned, mine had a few marks on the case, so clearly not new, but seems to work fine. Battery life is about 6 hours – far more than my previous laptop but less than what is promised by HP for a new model. I miss the number pad on the RHS and would prefer a bigger scree tbh, but these are my preferences and screen size ane keyboard are pretty standard – quite difficult to find models with a numberpad. Overall, very happy with purchase and good to give an used machine a new lease of life and keep it out of landfill.

Excellent second-user kit
It took three attempts to get a suitable small replacement laptop for my travels – the first two units didn’t match the specs (screen resolution not full HD).In the end a suitable alternative was proffered with a good refund to compensate for the messing about and a Lenovo notebook with less memory than I really wanted.Fas, a company director, took the time to call me personally to ensure I was content with the final outcome – which I was. Now fully updated and working well, even got the finger-print sensor up and running, the small laptop is ready for my upcoming travels.I ended up as a well satisfied customer.

So good so far; Appreciate the seller Compuclear
Bought this laptop from seller: Compuclear…. A lil more than a week now and I have found no issues with the laptop…. A few slight scratches on the laptop which is expected and acceptable for a refurbished laptop… I got it mainly to practice sql queries and to run some automation tools…. It serves the purpose well…. The seller, I must say, has been very much supportive and responsive to my queries. There was a slight delay in the product delivery (1 day) than the estimated date. When I reached the seller during the delay period, he was responsive enough to reply to my messages and sent an update. The item was missing the cover for the accessibility button on the keypad. I reached him for the same and the seller has promptly shipped the part to me. Appreciate and would recommend the seller Compuclear.

No good refurbished
So I got this laptop in order to link up with a court appearance, for divorce, the next time after at least two more uses, it needed charging, which was ok, I never used for a while after that it lay for about a month, tried to turn it on, with no luck , I tried putting the charger in again, but it wasn’t going in it would fall back out , got in touch with ayoo,who asked me to send pics of charge point and charger which I did, while emailing ayoo I put charger in and it entered in , but would still not light up or charge, as I pulled the charger, sparks flew out of the charging port, I told her in email this occurred and was advised to send it to them at my expense, which I did , after a while I got a reply back telling me that I misused/damaged the laptop, and it wasn’t covered by the warranty, the top of the laptop was not restated as there website claims it does to all it’s laptops, it had a stick on cover skin over the top of it , when I asked about this , I was told that because I bought their product on Amazon , that these are a different ball game to what they do at the refurb place, 😯 and they do enough other wise Amazon, would not let them sell on the site , then even though my return address was written on the box and on a return slip put inside it with address on , the told me I had to re supply an address in order to send it back , I suggested they were scamming me , and the suggested perhaps it was me scamming them , absolutely terrible products and nasty company, do avoid at all costs. I am nearly £300 down and should have bought new , but it was suggested I was lowering my carbon footprint, I know exactly where I would like my footprint to be. Not to be fooled again avoid this company you may end up with the sam problem or the same laptop. Very angry at the moment. Ayoo do one.

The camera is awful and below any standard
The computer itself works well, but the camera is awful and you can see any pixel in it! I bought this laptop for work video meetings but I’d have to buy a new one as the quality of the camera is below any standard. Before buying this laptop I had written to them to ensure the machine came with a decent camera….I complained with the merchant. They could issue a refund but I urgently needed the product for work and could not send it back. They denied a partial refund, which was the only solution which worked for me. They weren’t helpful in that and denied the camera wasn’t any good! While the machine is good apart from the camera, I wouldn’t recommend this merchant.

Good price for an effective laptop. Easy to upgrade. I used the i5 version to create I think over 50 books and publish them on Amazon KDP. I will say however, that I was unaware that there was a version of this machine that did not have a backlit keyboard, until I got this one, but that can be replaced as well.

La única “incomodidad” creo que es el teclado en inglés, pero compré unas calcomanías por $60 para pegar encima y poner la ñ, etc.Muy rápida, relación precio calidad me parece una excelente opción . La usamos con programas pesados y abre muy rápido. El puerto USB solo sirve de un lado para mousse pero fuera de eso todo bien.
