Great at the price
Nice laptop, upgraded to Win11 Pro 24H2 at the try. Limited to HDMI graphics out. DPort would be prefered but too small of a gripe to mark them down. Cosmetically showroom prefect. Very slight damage to case screws. Performance is good. Thoroughly recommended.

Good for the price
I have just received this. It was well packed and in good condition. It also felt very light, which is partly why I wanted it. Windows 10 pro 64 bit was already installed and the laptop opened without a password giving me administrator rights. I signed in with my Microsoft account and everything went smoothly.Contrary to the description, there was no antivirus software with it. Luckily I had a multiple device account so I installed mine without any problems.The finger print scanner could not register my fingerprint. So I could not set it up. It kept saying check if the scanner was dirty but it was not and I I didn’t understand the problem. I ended up setting up a pin instead.Not having a HDMI port is disappointing but I’ve ordered a usb to hdmi adapter for less than £10.I have not tried the various ports as I don’t know what half of them do.Another disappointment for me was system upgrade.In one of the reviews someone said that it ran Windows 11.Actually it does not. It tells you that the laptop does not set the requirements for Windows 11.If you want advanced up-to-date features this is not for you. But if you want something practical to travel with and burn without paying too much money this is still a good one.

Very Pleased with purchase.
I purchased this laptop for my remote legal exams. My laptop arrived early by 24 hours. It looks new. Smelt of polish with barely any scuffs / marks. It feels vert light. Very easy to set up and update windows. Surprisingly fast. So far so good!

Disappointing.
Brought 3 of these for my kids and had 3 disappointed faces when they opened the box and could clearly see they were used laptops from the amount of scratches all over them not to mention the fingerprint scanners don’t work on any of them.1 of them had to be returned as it was completely different to the other 2, different colour, no keyboard lights and turns off randomly when in use, even when the battery’s at 90%.So gutted I didn’t have enough money to buy new but I do what I can for my kids and when presented with a product for a price, you expect it to be as described. These are not. Basically a 1 in 3 chance of it being wrong and a 3 in 3 chance of there being something broken with these. Not happy.
