I bought this as a replacement for my Latitude. I am very pleased with the machine performance – easy to set up. One main reason I bought this unit was because of the lifetime license for Microsoft Office 2021. The product key provided with the laptop was for Microsoft 365 and it expired after 1 year. I contacted the seller and they provided support to get the correct product key including required telephone support. Unit has been performing well since. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product, it would have been better if the correct product key was provided with the laptop from the start.
