The best laptop I have purchased!
I bought this magnificent laptop in September 2020 so it is time to leave an honest review. I realise it is now £150 cheaper which makes it even more attractive. My favourite features are the facial recognition, the touchscreen, the fact that it becomes a tablet when needed, the number pad which can be switched on or off, its speed due to the 8 processors, and last but not least, the screen mirroring wirelessly to my TV. I can’t find any flaws. I love it.

fantastic piece of kit
Superb 2 in one laptop and tablet. Came with Windows 10 installed and also a pen to use with the screen if you so wish. I use both finger and when in tablet form the pen without any problems. Its very quick and responsive. The various connector port types are also a blessing as I prefer to transfer files and do installations via hard wired devices rather than WiFi even though its WiFi is smooth and fast.

Is the warehouse just turning around returns without refurbishing? passing the dead parcel!
I bought this laptop during the warehouse sale. Assuming that it had been checked and refurbished as far as possible. It turned out that the previous user accounts were still in force so making the machine unusable and then it turned out that the battery was not working at all. After sending it back for repair, I received in a really filthy state with the keyboard clearly imprinted on the screen and an extra dent on the case.Having suffered a similar issue with a mobile phone, I have to say that Amazon are clearing using the warehouse sale as a dumping mechanism for dead stock in the hope that some of the dead stock wont come back.

Outstanding performance
I spent a significant amount of time researching a new laptop for my wife and we are both extremely pleased by our purchase. The ASUS ZenBook Flip UX463 is a quality product in every aspect. In particular, the build quality and performance are outstanding and the price of £829.99 represents real value for money as you would normally expect to pay over £1000 for a computer of this specification and quality.

Versatile laptop, does the job.
Excellent laptop, versatile and very quick to fire up. Facial recognition really good unless you have too much light around you that prevents this function.The only negative I could find was when I went to use the sleeve the laptop came with it would not fit. It appears to be too small, get about 2 inches in then you have a home workout to remove it.I’ll have to source a sleeve that fits this laptop. Other than this minor negative I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Looks and feels nice, but have had AC and other issues
I really like the appearance of the laptop, the speed and the battery life. I was very excited about it when I received it.However, my machine has a number of technical issues:- After three weeks of use, the AC on the machine was making a very loud noise for a few minutes and the screen went off. It took me about ten attempts to restart the machine. I only had an internet browser opened and the battery was full, so not sure what happened.- will not automatically connect to wireless network although I keep ticking auto connection- I have had a number of sound issues on teleconferencing applications with this laptopI am sad to need to return this laptop which I otherwise really liked.

Seriously… Don’t.
Having bought the larger storage version for an extra £100, I ended up settling for this one as the last one in stock which I purchased came damaged. A hiccup? I thought so. 25 months later it has miraculously died on me. All I used it for was essays at my desk from which it rarely moved. Due to the extra month over the warranty I have been told there’s nothing can be done as (get this) “ITS LIFE EXPECTANCY IS ONLY 2 YEARS”…Thanks amazon…. waste of £800 – which it was at the time. If you are thinking of purchasing, don’t expect to keep it for very long as it’s not built for that. I’ve lost a lot of valuable things, A MONTH before I finish university. Thanks so much.

great spec and great price convertible laptop
fast bootup, facial recognition, runs quietly. £800 at the time of purchase represents great value
