Warranty Policy
We have a generous refund policy. If you have purchased from one of our approved vendors on the platform, the best place to start is to request the warranty on your orders page. They may be able to help you with the issue. Please click on the “request warranty” button from your orders page and you would able to raise a warranty request.
If you want to request support from AerialBuz, please request a warranty or further support please email the support team support@sarvesu.com
Please select the following reasons while raising an RMA/warranty.
- Unwanted Item. This covers cases where the customer either changed their mind or received an item that was not part of their order and they feel obliged to return it.
- Item is defective. This involves items that are broken or simply don’t work upon receipt by the customer.
- Unauthorised Purchase. This covers cases where someone (oftentimes a child) placed an order on your account.
- The item was not received by the estimated delivery date. This covers cases where the shipment arrived too late. Customers will usually use this reason when the item was intended for a specific date, such as a birthday.
- Accidentally ordered the wrong item. This is for when customers meant to make a purchase but mistakenly ordered something else. It also covers items that were bought by mistake, as when the shopper accidentally hits the Buy Now button or forgot to remove it from their cart before checking out.
- The product is not as described on the website. This is for cases when your website or listing displays something different (usually in color or some other feature) than the one actually shipped to the customer.
- Any other reasons?

Fine while it works
I eventually bought mine from Curry’s as I got a price match discount. My product was clearly a Chinese import, serial numbers and model written in Chinese characters, difficult to find the matching AC power cable when I needed to replace mine. Difficult to find the serial number, model number etc.9 months into using this laptop, it had a power surge or something and stopped charging the battery, at first I was told this was common, just needed to hold the power button for 40 seconds for it to reset itself, that worked. But then I noticed that it wasn’t charging, so bought a new cable, still didn’t work, sent it in under warranty to Asus, the warranty is only a manufacturer warranty, something you will want to check.Asus have eventually come back to me and claimed that the power surge is somehow my faut and therefore it is not covered under warranty, they are trying to charge me for a new motherboard and labour that exceeds the cost of the laptop. So for the 9 months I had it, it worked quite well, watched movies while in hospital and played a couple of games, hooked up to hospital wifi, it’s not a games machine, but it functions ok. I found when browsing I had to resize windows and when reading my emails it kept going into high quality mode, which made the characters difficult to read, but reading glasses helped, did some work while in hospital it was great, very nice keyboard, only pain is there is no light for the num lock, so while you can eaily switch it on and off, you cannot tell whether it is on or off except by typing on the number pad.The OLED screen was very clear and crisp, the only thing is once again the angles, it is an anti glare screen, so if you are looking at it from one angle it will not be as clear as from another angle. If you don’t mind buying a new laptop after 9 month, then I definitely recommend it…
