The initial setup was problem free. The keyboard and trackpad are good, and the numeric keypad is a plus. The AC power input connector is a small adapter style and care should be taken not to stress the connection. Next to the power port is a USB C port followed by the charging indicator light and charging symbol. This lead me to believe that the laptop could also be charged buy USB C. The listing does not state that it can be charged by USB C and I tested it and it does not seem to charge by USB C (which would be a huge plus). Looks like just the order of ports and symbols is a bit odd, possibly left over and not reworked for a different model.The unit is light but does not feel cheap, just a value buy. The display is good in normal or dark room conditions. This TX has the Intel N150 (800Mhz) processor. On a fresh system the speed is acceptable, but we are concerned that we may have some gating when large or multiple Apps are opened although that has not been experienced yet. The internal speaker is fine for basic voice or audio, but the depth for music or movies is limited. A good pair of headphones or Bluetooth speakers is recommended for a more enjoyable experience.

Good entry computer feels very sturdy with nice display. If you buy the TX15, the memory is fixed at 16GB, the SSD drive can be replaced with a larger drive. If you need more memory look at other AOC laptops that will take additional memory. Disappointed with AOC pricing, bought the TX15 during the recent Prime Day Sale for $369.99, current price today $331.49. Need to check AOC pricing carefully.

It is a good laptop. It seems to work well enough for everything that I have been doing. There hasn’t been anything that I’ve struggled with. I don’t think this is what you’ll be looking for if you’re looking for a total powerhouse, but it will definitely work well for you if you are just doing normal tasks like browsing the internet, dealing with docs and emails, etc. The battery life has seemed fine too.
