Great laptop
I bought this laptop for writing, creating videos and general surfing and it’s just what I was looking for – good screen, the camera is great – particularly in low light, and it’s very responsive – a lot quicker than my old laptop.

Great little machine. Bought it to replace an identical one which I enjoyed hugely – met and exceeded all my needs, even though I do a lot of graphics and video editing work, which is quite hungry for resources. Good screen. Good true colours. Fast. I eventually wore out the previous one from my rough handling (I’m heavy handed and it’s SUCH a nifty tool so I’m a bit too prone to shoving it randomly into whatever bag I’m carrying. I’m sure, gentle reader, if you get one you will treat yyours better.)Be careful with the connector for the mains. This is vulnerable to becoming loose, resulting in it making poor contact internally and not charging, or charging only by very careful placement of the connector; mainstream computer repairers decline to repair this as the connector is welded to the motherboard and therefore not supposed to be replaceable, (bad call Acer, that silly bit of cost saving has cost you a star, even though a small local computer man did fix it for me on the last one.)
I didn’t receive the item. The status is delivered, but I did not receive it. Deception, do not recommend the store. I’m issuing a refund –

Constantly needing to reinstall Intel wireless adapter
I have had this laptop for less than a year and I am having to constantly uninstall and reinstall Intel Wireless adapter. Have had to buy a seperate one to plug into the USB so my Internet isn’t constantly cut off. Frustrating.

Very bad and worthless laptop
I dont recommend this laptop to anyone. The laptob doesnt work as it should. The wireless card keep stop working the wifi connection lost suddenly more that 2 time a day and the wifi icon just disappeared suddenly. I cant rely on it in work or study . Because i could lose the connection any time. I try to call amazon to get help as they promise. Nobody help me. They just send me from person to another without get any help after 2 hours call. I am so disappointed
