Reliable fast laptop
First of all the screen size and quality is quite nice, I like being able to watch movies on this and of course do my work on here, there’s more room to see compared to smaller laptops and I am used to working on monitors so it works out well.The ram speed is nice and the SSD performs fast enough to run the OS at quick speeds without lagging. The boot up time is very short and it makes it ideal for working mobile as you can fire it up whenever. I found battery life to be excellent, the speakers could be better but everything else has satisfied me that these are the least of my issues. I like how this looks and has a similar feeling to MacBooks without that price factor. Overall I really like this laptop and its best quality is its speed.

I really like this budget laptop. For the price, it’s fast (Quad Core processor, has excellent RAM (16GB, and memory storage (512 SSD). The screen is large (16 inches) and great. It handles all my PC needs effortlessly. A great option. Highly recommended.

Acemagic laptop
Absolutely fabulous laptop been using this now for just under a monthand found it to be extremely reliable, super quick , super fast, does exactly as described ,I’d even buy another for myself as this was brought for my partner.I could run on about everything it does like it has a built in webcamGreat sound, uploads and downloads are great, storage is great and you can always upgrade the ram if you wanted to.But I will say we totally recommend it, we didn’t know much about the brand but it’s got my seal of approval but that’s just my opinion only.The laptop is fantastic.

Keyboard Button confusion!
Delighted with the overall quality and feel of the laptop but discovered that the @ KEY and ” ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE! I have to use the opposite key to apply when typing. Update: have now realised the keyboard on this laptop is a US layout so ” and @ are in opposite keys. I have had to change the language setting to US to correct the key issue but this means no Pound Sterling symbol, only US $! So I have to switch language keyboards when needed and press Shift 3 to get £ sign.Other than this issue, it is a good quality, good value laptop with excellent speed and connectivity and the screen size is great with excellent clarity and graphics.

Faulty after 6 weeks. Will not charge, charger tested, working fine
The laptop will not charge up. I have tested the charger and it is outputting the required 19 volts. I bought it about 6 weeks ago, totally unaware of the 30 day limit for returns with defective items. I would strongly suggest that you have a tick box to confirm the buyer knows about the rediculous 30 day limit is a no return or repair condition thing. Is that even legal? ………………………. after three attempts get the seller to get this resolved I got in touch with Amazon who are refunding me. This 30 day limit where you can return a faulty item and get a replacement is full of loopholes one being to ignore the buyer. The seller is not Amazon, it is the item seller. Amazon were fine.

This is excellent laptop. Performance, build and screen quality is fantastic for the price. Worthy contenders to the likes of HP and other better known laptop brands. Would definitely recommend if seeking a decent spec on a budget.
