Bought this online thinking that it was too good to be true but definitely too good to be missed. I set it up for my wife first and then myself, and added some free antivirus software, but there was some sort of issue with the Microsoft logins so I reset the machine…BIG MISTAKE!!!Everything, Windows, Microsoft was removed leaving basic functionality so I contacted the helpdesk via email, and explained with photos what had happened.They talked me through putting everything back on and provided my activation code to re install Windows.I’m very impressed with their service and helpfulness, particularly as it was my mistake, not a hardware or software error. And the laptop is extremely cool and does all that we require of it.If we needed another laptop, or a friend asked, we would definitely mention Fsjun even though we hadn’t heard of them before! Thank you so much!!!

Very pleased with this laptop. I bought it for my course. The delivery was very fast and it came with a same colour mouse, mouse pad and a silicone keyboard cover. It was super easy to install, connecting very fast to the internet and love the colour and design. It is very lightweight.

Well featured but POOR performance and battery life. Extra TINNY built-in speaker (unusable).
Obviously very well featured (16gb/1TB ssd) )but VERY POOR (celeron level) performance and BAD battery life even on economy performance. About 4 hours from maximum charge.Needs a wall walt to charge, USB battery not possible.The built-in speaker is UNBELIEVABLY “TINNY”! I had tp buy an external USB speaker, to make it tolerable.It was set up with driver discovery OFF, so that cost me a day to work out.

Best laptop I’ve ever bought.
I can’t actually believe this laptop was under €500, it is an incredible laptop. From the colour to the graphics, backlit keyboard to Windows 11 Pro (which I didn’t realise it had until looking at system settings), it’s amazing. And it even came with a beautiful bookmark, mouse and mousepad. The keys are deep, the colours are vivid but not saturated, the speed is incredible and I can open multiple tabs on my computer without lag. I would highly, highly recommend this laptop for anyone, it’s such an amazing buy and while I was intially cautious, my mind has been put to rest by how amazing it is.

If I wasn’t in dire need of a laptop I would have returned it as the battery holds ZERO charge. It’s honestly like it doesn’t even have a battery in it. If it’s not plugged it you’ve got minutes of use at best.
