Not impressed!
The laptop was listed as excellent condition, but had the following issues:1) a skin was stuck on the top cover , most likely to hide scratches. Unfortunately the skin was put on very poorly and had bubbles in it.2) the screen has permanent ‘keyboard’ marks on it.3) The laptop had not been cleaned properly.4) it seems like some chemical had been used up clean or ‘paint’ the screen to make it look good. There were still marks of this on the chassis which cannot be removed.The laptop could not be returned, as it was bought for a special needs student that required it urgently.In summary, it does not deserve the Amazon Refurbished endorsement.Very disappointed!

Item received with big mark on the back, completely drained battery and marks on the nut or screws indicating tampered. Device refused to turn up after long charge
